American Place Casino

Ok, being very familiar with the gaming world, there are very few places now a days that are memorable EVERYTIME you visit, this place is it!!! Mainly Brian the ring General of the Circa Sportsbook. He and his team are on point ( no punt intended LOL ) with remembering their guests and the things that make it roll smoothly. Everyone has a story and his team is greeted and greets its players like they have not seen them for years, meaning with open arms, smiles, and professionalism. They all exude patience even with difficult guests as I have witnessed this at times at no fault of their own I must add. The Book is super clean, crisp, quick, comfortable, and fun. Odds are fair and clear as day. If you want to get lost in your own way, this is the book for you. Brian, and Team, thank you for not being the standard, but instead, you are the exception to the rule!! The best around no question...

We had planned this visit and were anticipating a great time. But we were so disappointed. Between two of us no great wins and we are no rookies trust me on that. However we understand there is not a method playing slots and it’s called gambling but ok we get that part,it is what it is. How ever we went to eat at La ‘Americana and that was a disaster not only did we loss our money on the slots but on the food also, we ordered the breakfast steak and eggs. First we had a 30minute wait although there wasn’t many people in the restaurant but we figured it’s was because they may have been short staffed which is an issue at a lot of places so that was ok. Finally got our text message and we were seated was to comfortable were we seated and I asked if we could move just up two booths ahead and I was told no because of whatever reason she was trying to explain so to keep her from rambling I didn’t on I just said that’s ok we’ll just sit here. After sitting for a while we placed our orders not really clock watching just talking. Our orders come out keeping in mind that we planned this trip. So I read the menu and how to order this particular cut of steak which I ordered mines pink as sug

⚠️ PLEASE READ IF YOU PLAY CRAPS ⚠️ I want to share an unfortunate experience I had on 3/7/26 around 9:15 PM on machine E18034009. I started the night with about $300 and had worked my way up to roughly $800. Out of nowhere, the machine began rolling on its own, placing random bets, and the dice rolls weren’t accurate. Obviously, I called for an attendant. Multiple techs came over, but none of their key fobs worked. After reviewing the cameras, they agreed the machine had a malfunction. The manager—Jackie, I believe—asked me what would make me happy. I told her I had been up to around $800, but honestly, I’d be satisfied walking away with $400. She responded that they “couldn’t do that” and could only offer $150. Then the Machine Manager stepped in and told me I should be thankful for even that, because the fine print (circled in black in the photo) states the casino is not liable for malfunctions of any kind. I’ve been here many times and usually have a great time, but this situation was incredibly disappointing. BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS. IT CAN COST YOU!

American Place was interesting when we visited, small looking building but vast inside. Beautiful decor, lots of machines, high limit area, etc. They were sorely missing our favorite game “Huff N Even More Puff” arguably one of the most popular slots these days…. Also, we were rudely interrupted during filming and told we couldn’t record… even though we only visited and knew of this location because of other YouTubers who have recorded 🙃 anyway.. they have coffee stations and a bar which are great. Overall… decent location.

We were signing up for the first time at the rewards club for a players card. Cassandra was super friendly and explained everything going on emotional wise as well as giving just general information in answer to our questions. She is a credit to your team. Hopefully everyone here is as nice as her. Update: We have been back multiple times now. The people are amazing, the place is super clean and the food is delicious. This is a really great casino that seems to get better everytime we visit.
